I am a tint shop from eastern Connecticut and one of my customers had an issue with the tint I installed. My customer only visited CT for the holiday then went back down to Arlington VA. I reached out to TintFX and they took the customer in same day to tint the window that had a problem. They took great care of her and got her in quickly. Great, trustworthy people with a great warranty.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I researched local companies a lot before I chose TintFX. I visited them in-person to set up my appointment. I spoke to a staff member and then the owner [Erik]. He is personable, direct and professional. Overall, just a "straight shooter". My appointment was on time and went very quickly. I was provided all the information on what to expect the first few days. I cannot express how much I appreciate how this turned out. Great product, great service, great experience. I actively look for businesses that are run by Veterans and/or treat and service Veterans well. TintFX certainly does that. I fully recommend this business.
